By accessing this website (boldera.co.in) or entering into a recruitment engagement with Boldera Technology Limited (“Boldera”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Scope of Services

Boldera Technology Limited provides specialist technology recruitment services across permanent, contract, and specialist technical talent acquisition across key disciplines including:

• Software Engineering & Development
• Data & Analytics and Artificial Intelligence
• Cloud, DevOps, Cyber Security & Infrastructure
• Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, and QA Testing

All recruitment terms, fee structures, guarantee periods, and engagement terms are governed by specific service agreements executed between Boldera Technology Limited and the client.

3. Confidentiality & Candidate Representation

Both parties agree to treat all commercial terms, candidate CVs, business plans, and hiring requirements with the highest level of confidentiality. Boldera represents candidates only after receiving their informed consent.
